American illustrator. Born in Washington, Suter currently lives in Long Island, and illustrates for various newspapers. In his work, he often stresses the humor in the current political situation. His drawings in black and white have appeared in many magazines and newspapers since the 1970's, when he completed his army service and began to work at the Washington Post and published his drawings from the courtroom of the Watergate affair.
