Israeli painter and graphic artist. Born in Czechoslovakia, Weil immigrated to Israel in 1947 and joined Kibbutz HaOgen. In the 50's he worked as a designer and book illustrator, and in the 60'sand 70's he executed architectural projects, such as the doors to the Knesset and the residence of the President of Israel. Biblical and Jewish folk motifs are prevalent in his work.
